Production workflow
From ingot and wire to finished piece
Every piece begins with controlled preparation of the metal. Ingots and wire are melted, alloyed, and formed to set dimensions before any stone or cladding is introduced, so each stage starts from a known material state.
Manufacturing is run as one sequence with inspection at its close. Measurements are checked against the specification, and any deviation is corrected before the piece moves on.
Production sequence
Three stages, checked at each step
01
Metallurgy and forming
Alloy balance is verified during melting, and the metal is rolled or drawn to gauge. Cladding adhesion between base and precious layers is checked before forming continues.
02
Cladding and setting
Stones are seated with accurate placement, and prongs and bezels are aligned so each setting holds its stone securely and sits true to the design.
03
Surface finishing
Mechanical finishing and polishing bring the surface to its specified condition. The finished piece then passes dimensional inspection before release.

Bench tooling
Hand tools, calipers, and polishing blocks used across forming, setting, and finishing.
